What does Velnarov sell?
We offer Christmas trees and seasonal decorations. Please check individual listings for sizes, materials, and included accessories.

How quickly are orders prepared?
Preparation normally takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Holiday demand may extend this timeframe.

When should my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

How do I track my shipment?
We email tracking details after dispatch. Carrier updates may take some time to appear.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us promptly. We will check whether changes remain possible before fulfillment. Dispatched orders cannot normally be canceled.

Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests can be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please read our Return Policy before sending anything back.

When are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after return receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may require additional time.
