Order Preparation

Velnarov generally prepares paid orders within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Seasonal demand may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Estimates

Transit normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods.

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier capacity, customs checks, weather, and destination conditions. Orders placed close to Christmas are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday unless expressly confirmed.

Destinations and Charges

Eligible delivery destinations, shipping charges, and applicable free-shipping offers are shown at checkout before payment.

For international shipments, any import charges payable by the recipient will be identified where applicable; contact us before ordering if unclear.

Tracking and Address Changes

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please check your delivery information carefully and report corrections immediately. Changes may be unavailable once fulfillment begins.

Delivery Problems

For delayed, missing, or damaged shipments, contact us with your order number and supporting details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. A delivery scan does not prevent us from reviewing a reported delivery issue.
