Return Window

Contact Velnarov within 30 calendar days of delivery to request an eligible return.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, unassembled, and complete, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Customized products and items clearly identified as final sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not remove rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Starting a Return

Email service@velnarov.com with your order number, product details, and reason. For product problems, include photographs where possible.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Please obtain these instructions before shipping.

Shipping Costs

Customers pay return postage for preference-based returns. If we supplied a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping.

Original delivery charges are normally non-refundable for preference-based returns, except where law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Following receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank posting times vary.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
